Process improvements

We work with our clients and legal providers to identify ways in which the firms can provide specific support for particular types of work; for instance, generating standard term sheets and guidance notes for dealing with sub-contractors or guidance notes/training for other departments on specific areas of legal risk.
We conduct efficiency audits of the legal advisors’ processes. Not only does this make clients more efficient, it also helps law firms demonstrate their awareness of the need to manage their clients’ requirements as efficiently as possible. Our involvement is a positive selling point for firms; we believe that there are still significant inefficiencies in most law firms’ working practices; our team is well placed both to identify these inefficiencies and to help the firms put appropriate processes in place which will benefit them and the clients.
