Our Panel Set Up involves:
- Designing a programme tailored to your needs as per the review exercise,
- Identifying tender categories and short listed law firms, including incumbents if appropriate,
- Preparing Invitation to Tender and all ancillary documentation, scoring responses and holding interviews,
- Negotiating benchmarked fees and expenses and settling Service Level Agreements/Client Care Letters,
- Securing other value added services (including secondees, training and precedent libraries), and
- Delivering panel set up for a pre-agreed fixed fee to an agreed timetable.
