Outer Circle offers support with identifying competency framework and training needs analysis, and designing and delivering appropriate developmental programmes for barristers at all stages. In particular, we give bespoke training on:

In planning a programme, we work closely with Chambers to identify its particular needs and understand the culture and context in which it operates. Our materials are tailored accordingly.
We also provide one to one performance coaching for barristers. We have considerable experience in coaching at all levels of qualification.
We focus on enabling barristers to enhance the skills they already have and to identify their strengths and weaknesses constructively.
We can provide focussed help, advice and training to move barristers on to the next stage of their careers in a targeted way. This will usually be done with the help of career plans and associated action plans which barristers can use to build their professional future.
